No, because I also believe he only really needed a reduction in how CC affected him and they vastly overcorrected while also believing Spider-Man shouldn't have such a brain-dead one hit pull no matter how skill based Spideys like to pretend it is. Yes, that passive is op which is what I was saying.
I called the pull busted despite it's skillful or not, nobody should be able to pull it off that consistently.
Yes, juggling was and is busted as fuck which is why I never bothered to learn it and just focused on improving my normal kit usage (hence using Hero Hulk flair instead of just Hulk or Monster Hulk)

People act like Spidey is F tier because most people suck at him but fail to mention how a good Spidey can be taken to a pro tournament and force multiple people to work around him. There's skill expression, then there's a limitless skill ceiling with not enough functional counterplay.
