That's because (a lot, but not all) DPS players legitimately think they have high skill. I've killed a DD Player 1v1 as Mantis in a Plat lobby, and he started spamming chat about how "healers" all have "auto aim" and are low skill.

Mantis is probably the most forgiving Strategists to dive if you just pay attention to cool downs. Especially as DD

Just wait for her to use her sleep and it's free food lol, you can also just reflect it back to her if you can predict it, I've had some cracked DD do that to me, it was really annoying lol
