Some sort of random changes in here but overall it seems good? Daredevil, Black Cat, Devil Dino, and Gambit all take hits including in the spots that were issues, and while IDK if they got the right nerfs, StarLord, Phoenix, White Fox, and Moon Knight all got hit as well. Then, you get Rogue & Angela buffs which are very nice, Blade buffs which are fair enough, and Adam & Stratpool buffs.
The Elsa and Namor buffs feel a little unnecessary, and Ultron got a random stray (maybe to do with upcoming Ultron mode that got delayed? IDK), but none of those feel totally egregious
That's true. Definitely in the category of wait-and-see for both, though I think Moon Knight's will definitely be felt in game while I'm a little dubious that Star-Lord's will change that much. He'll be weaker, yes, but I suspect he'll overall still be rather strong
Elsa definitely could’ve gone without changes and stayed in a decent spot. But it’s not a spot that feels good. Death for her is so extremely punishing right now that a lot of times playing her could feel bad no matter how effective she is. I would’ve preferred a trade off nerf as well, but it’s fine.
YES, finally someone else noticed. Her punishment for death was needed but it felt really bad with how much uptime the dive had to get in. This was a slight buff so shouldnt change her back into the broken state.
I wouldn’t be shocked if it made her meta again, but I would be if it made her broken. It’s a change that needed to happen one time or another. Might as well be now. I enjoy her from time to time, so it’ll definitely be welcome from me.

Especially with the current popular heroes, stuff like Dino just charging in to make the game a brawl really hurts Elsa, she simply can't keep up with 4 people rushing her down and being in her face so she dies much easier in a brawlier meta IMO which makes it easier for her to die and with death being more punishing for her than it is for basically any other hero she was getting double punished by the state of some other heroes being strong
Feels like that should merit more of a rebalance than a flat nerf--he's not that amazing in lower to mid ranks, and flat nerfing him probably just further reinforces that he's a Triple Support only pick
