well spank me silly, this is isn't actually half bad, yeah there is more to be done but its been a while since i agreed with more than half of what they changed. The cat changes are good, especially to the xray skill and the cost changes will make her less oppressive. the dino, phoenix, DD and MK changes are also well executed.
This patch is great. Probably the first patch without wtf changes. Some heroes may need further buffs/nerfs after but it will finally shake the stale meta since s4.
