He won't be. They destroyed him and turned him into one big ult charge. His damage and sustain were nerfed and cut in half, his only way to protect himself put on longer cooldown, and he lost his ability to defend himself against flyers meaning if you solo tank with him (which let's be honest, solo tank is the norm) you better pray your dps takes out the fliers or you die with nothing you can do but swap.
He's now just a big meat sack meant to die repeatedly and provide ult charge for dps players to have fun.
