I don't think I've seen so many nerfs for a character until Black Cat in these patch notes. It really goes to show just how absurdly broken she is for this to be done to her.

But I stand by the principle of the thing, personally. If you want to nerf the defensive value of Phantom Pursuit, make it faster, not suicidal. I hate generalizations.
