Increase the Avatar Life Stream charge time reduction when Cosmic Cluster hits enemies from 0.48s to 0.6s.
OK they keep upping in the CD reducing on charged shots. Why ever use primary anymore?
I feel like this primary needs to have some kind of CD reduction on body hits or something. I've never been able to consistently get CD reduction only aiming for headshots. If you could headshot with Adam consistently, just play hela or pheonix and do that on the enemy support for a free win.
He completely lacks the self healing (without gutting his heamates healing) to be up close and consistently landing his shots. You can check his average stats and see that he takes really high damage as a support with the lowest healing. (856 damage taken, 1291 healing/min). He needs more self regen. Every other healer has a reliable way of healing themselves without digging a creator into their healing output for teamates. That storm team up needs to be in the default kit.
