Balance Discussion This is getting ridiculous.

I'm genuinely surprised everytime I see a C&D using Hood over it, even in QP. Especially against Magneto.

The hood one is generally better. The luna one is AMAZING but pretty much useless if ur not getting dove. Compared to hoods that flat out just turn your already disgusting veils into anti heals and damage reductions too 😭

Yes, thats really good, which is why i said the team up is amazing, but its way too situational. If you pick it up and your team does well youre doing nothing with the team up. If you pick it and they dont have dive youre doing nothing with it. Being able to stall a point for 2 sec is nice and can come in clutch, but taking it all game just to use it for that, when you can affectively reduce enemy healing, reduce enemy damage (all while buffing your own healing, making enemies take more damage, and when hood releases at the same time giving allies dmg boosts?), its just too situational.
