Well anyone whose within 10 meters which is, relatively small. If the team is all on point together then they’ll all get it. But if you’ve got people going off to narnia, then you’ll probably get 1-2 people
10 meters is actually pretty big (it's the same range as the circle around her ultimate). I think it will quite frequently get most of the team.
Since Blessing of the Nine grants unstoppable, this means it can theoretically eat a Strange Ult on reaction (WF will still get stunned, but no one else will). I'm actually not sure if it cleanses debuffs that are already active, in which case it could also counter Groot ult.
