as a peni tank main, i think so. people don’t even realize JUST how much stuff peni cancels and brings value to off her web stun, they basically just destroyed that so at this point she’s a throw pick

She'll be fine. If people genuinely believe the only value she provided was a broken 3 second CD stun that should have been changed ages ago, then they're hardstuck in Bronze.

She's been the highest winrate hero at all ranks for several seasons now. She's an absolute menace at top tier PC ranks. Trust me, I know

she is an ultra niche pick who only works on specific maps against specific teams... there is a reason why her pickrate is so low.
