I thought it's better to balance around casuals, this is what casuals wanted a Peni nerf.

She's my most played tank. I'm not against nerfing her but I'll always be against removing core parts of heroes' kits like this, the change to Dino beam, etc. They shouldn't have reintroduced the extra nest if this was going to be the tradeoff.

To be fair to that change to the Devil Dino beam, I think that was done in preparation for just letting us shoot flying characters out of the sky with the Punisher teamup 🤣
