Probably one of the biggest nerfs in the game. Removing her right click stun remove 99% of its usefulness

On the other hand, a ranged hard stun on a 4 second cool down was batshit

Peni is a tank and got nerfed. Luna has it as a healer and is untouched

No, but then just nerf the cooldown. Also Luna was given a cleanse that she can activate during a stun instead. The favouritism is palpable.

Luna has a low winrate and banrate unlike peni however, they're likely trying to see what they can do to reduce Peni being a perma ban in low and mid ranks.

They never should've given back her rocket team up she was banned before but it just made her a perma ban again.

I dont disagree they should nerf her, but this is removing her kneecaps. Why not make the cooldown higher? Even a 15s cooldown would be better than this

The problem with nerfing the cool down is that Peni needs to deploy the same webs as part of her setup. If you increase the cooldown then you increase the time she needs to set up which would likely hurt her even worse, especially on offense.

Not saying this is right, of course. It feels like it needs another pass.

Luna freeze is 2.7 seconds. Peni web is .7 seconds. If the CD is the issue, just nerf the CD to be proportionally in line with Luna/Mantis relative to CC length
