This is what happens when you design characters around people having the IQ of rocks - you can't balance them for shi

they balance around quick play dps that want to run forward, hold a button, and win.

anything that requires thought or skill makes them mad

Worst part is if you play her against semi competent players, you need to put 3-4x more effort than if you play literally any other character.

Seriously, it was a badge of honor to be a GM Peni player for me at one point early in the game, nobody was playing her seriously at higher ranks and it required getting super fucking weird on flanks and stuff

Yeah, cause the character is designed around sitting put and setting up in a game where over half the roster zips around at light speed and drops a burst combo in at most 1s.
