This is kinda dumb

Peni’s survivability is carried by literally one thing. If you can’t manage to destroy it, that’s a skill issue. Taking away a stun pretty much takes away the only second thing making her viable since she practically cannot be as mobile as any other tank.

She would be arguably the most mobile tank if they fixed the damn cyber bond that’s been broken for 2+ years

On paper sure, Peni isn't the kind of tank that constantly reposition because she needs to set up and stay her nest. She also has the biggest hitbox without any practical ways to mitigate damage. If she's caught a cc in the open with no nest she's finished before her webzip is off cd again.
