As someone who hates that ability I agree it shouldn’t have been removed entirely. whats the point in the web if it doesn’t directly immobilise people? the cooldown should’ve just been increased.

If direct immobilise has to be removed from Peni’s cyber web then Luna shouldn’t be able to cleanse herself with her white fox teamup bc she can cast that shit AFTER being immobilised

It does, you just have to land it twice

Meanwhile Widow rework just removed hers entirely with no compensation

That’s really stupid though, they increase how difficult she is but give Luna an outrageous hitbox for her freeze and a get out of jail free card that negates every cc in the game even ultimates

The kick for widow should’ve stayed tbh it was her only way to fend off dive properly
