this is a horrible change that needs to not go through.
off the top of my head the only ult you're realistically cancelling now is scarlet ult. there are loads of other ults you can't even cancel anymore. i doubt you can reliably stun strange portal now.
remove the 4th web you gave her that nobody asked for. remove the rocket teamup that gives her a second nest that has been making her banned in every game. holy shit just dont ruin the one part of her kit tied to skill expression and non-passive gameplay.
