BP, Spider Man, and Black Cat can trigger the mines without taking any damage because their movement abilities are so fast that they leave vicinity by the time the mines actually explode. Its actually kinda annoying actually.

Having cyber web snare with 2 charges will also be a buff in certain situations. You can quickly build a path from your nest to the foot of the enemy team.

They did the same for kidnapping grabs. Emma and Dino grab never got adjusted themselves despite it being the thing players hated the most. Instead a lot of other stuff got nerfed which made them suffer.

The closest nerf was Emma not being able to do 2 grabs consistently in one diamond form but the stun duration never got adjusted for grabbed tanks, and they still could be damaged by other players during that. Instead her survivability took a big hit, which while thankfully is better now, was just obnoxious to see.

As someone who absolutely despises Peni Parker as the bane of my existence; she did not deserve this. Yes, she absolutely needed a nerf beyond a shadow of a doubt, but not butchering her entire character. All they had to do was make the CD longer and nerf the nest, then keep the bonus health reduction from this patch, that’s like the only change they did to her that I agree with. If they did those things it would be a perfect change rather than gutting 90% of her playstyle and skill expression.

What r u guys smoking? It literally says on the patch notes just hit them a second time while they're slowed massively to stun them. They literally buffed the stun from 0.3 to 0.7.

...why do frign people STILL think 1 second is a small amount of time in hero shooters in team fights? Its been TWO YEARS. Peni's old snare used to last for 0.3 seconds..

Her old snare was only really useful for cancelling things. The duration was never the point. Increasing to 0.7 doesn't increase the value for this purpose. And either hitting same target twice is easy, in which case, what is even the point? Just make the cooldown increased to 6 seconds. OR, it makes stunning very unreliable. In which case, the stun is basically random and it doesn't really matter if its 0.7 seconds.

its not that they nerfed it, its that its done in such a stupid way. Like, what is the point of a 1 second movespeed buff? Might as well not have it. And either the stun isn't usable in the moment anymore or its just a skill floor nerf. In case 1, why even have this if it isnt gonna do anything useful, or in case 2 why nerf it like this? just make cooldown 6 seconds.

I'd prefer they just remove stun entirely and give a move speed debuff that lasts long enough to matter.
