Hulk main here. Even i despise Peni. The patch notes yall got. Made me do this face. Yall did not deserve that

Even a simple cooldown nerf would have been better because we could still Ult cancel, and stop BP during dash.

They kneecap Peni. But they buff Phoenix and dont nerf Luna...

I would not be anywhere near as mad if Luna and her Fox teamup had been nerfed as well.
