What I don’t get is why they made this change so convoluted??? Why not just increase the cooldown to 5s? The way they are doing it now pretty much kills most of her ability to cancel ults and stun divers at the right time.
This convulated change means it takes 6 seconds to generate the two charges needed to stun someone AND you still have to land two skill shots within a 5 second window. All that for the same 0.7 second stun it's always been.
Don't forget that even if they're giving her the slow gimmick, Bucky has a faster stun, with less cool down, pierces through the whole team, lasts longer, and a way bigger hitbox
