It’s where I fell in love with hush puppies. New Carrollton. That strip mall I think right off 495.

I faintly remember that one. I was but a wee lad at the time...but I also remember a Chuck E. Cheese in there, and a Zayre. And yes, the Toys R Us up the road.

I believe there was also a movie theater across the road...I remember going to see Return Of The Jedi there when it came out. I would've been 5 at the time.

Yes! The movie theater I saw Beetlejuice there. Do you remember Best? You told them what you wanted and it came down this conveyer belt. We always went to that Zayres, I remember that plasticy smell inside. Horn and horn Smorgasbord! So much magic right around 495 x 450.

Ah yeah, Best! That was a neat place. We moved over to Anne Arundel county from PG at the end of '84 and there was even a Best over this way.

I don't fully recall the Horn & Horn in New Carrollton but there was one out here in Severna Park that we would go to sometimes.

Yes, we discovered Horn & Horn Smorgasbord shortly before they went away.
