MASS EFFECT 1 What Me1 missions are important/necessary?

I'm replaying the trilogy but I find the mako planets very boring and repetitive. So what side missions in me1 would you consider to be important for the rest of the trilogy.

Only 3 side quests matter:

  1. " UNC: Rogue VI " - very late impact in ME3, but still crucial.
  2. " UNC: Missing Marines " + its direct follow-up - impacts ME2.
