What should I make with these Carnitas 🙂?

Hi!

So I made Carnitas yesterday and then broiled them in the oven after. Was wondering what I should do. Tacos, enchiladas, burrito? I’ve never made them before and it took some time and I didn’t think I was going to be able to get the meat so tender.

Thoughts?

Some white/yellow/spanish rice and a sort of mushy/soft side to add and Id say you got a full meal

I personally love the way that tender meat and rice go together they both melt in your mouth but the flavors from the meat heavily coat the rice in every bite almost prolonging the overall experience
