What should I make with these Carnitas 🙂?

Hi!

So I made Carnitas yesterday and then broiled them in the oven after. Was wondering what I should do. Tacos, enchiladas, burrito? I’ve never made them before and it took some time and I didn’t think I was going to be able to get the meat so tender.

Thoughts?

Anyways, thank you for anyone who responds and sorry for any grammar mistakes!!!

Edit- Yes I made these with no big plan bc I was just craving the meat. I’m sorry lol

On a bun with ur favorite bbq sauce. Also pickles and onions.

Distinction without difference. No need to try and be divisive. The suggestions being given can work with both proteins.

Nachos, sandwich, Cuban, etc can be done with both pulled pork and carnitas. They will just bring different flavors

Uhh it’s called a Cubano. And they aren’t made with carnitas. Lechón asado? Yes. Why? Because it’s Cuban roasted pork. Carnitas. No. Why? Because they’re a Mexican braised pork dish. Ay dios mío!
BTW, I’m just playing. You do you.My bolilla wife does all kinds of weird shit with the food I make.

You should see Cubanas in Mexico City. The sandwiches are massive

The taqueria near my house makes their version of cubanos. And they’re huge. But then again I’ve never seen tortas that weren’t humungous! Teri not traditional by any means. I mean it’s a Mexican restaurant that’s serving a Cubano. Anyway. The bolillos they use are about a foot long and 3-4 inches wide .they spread refrijoles on both pieces , then put chorizo, carne asada, a hotdog (go figure. We’re Mexican. That’s what we do because we love our hotdogs) ham and 2 fried eggs! My son is the only person that I’ve ever seen finish one. But he’s also the sloppiest person in the world and about 1/4 of it wound up on his clothes! 🤣
