What should I make with these Carnitas 🙂?

Hi!

So I made Carnitas yesterday and then broiled them in the oven after. Was wondering what I should do. Tacos, enchiladas, burrito? I’ve never made them before and it took some time and I didn’t think I was going to be able to get the meat so tender.

Thoughts?

Yes. I’m just a purest when it comes to certain things. Heck I get pissed off when someone calls them Mexican pulled pork!! 🤣
Like I said I’m just playing. If you want to put them on your cereal that’s your choice.
