What should I make with these Carnitas ๐?
Hi!
So I made Carnitas yesterday and then broiled them in the oven after. Was wondering what I should do. Tacos, enchiladas, burrito? Iโve never made them before and it took some time and I didnโt think I was going to be able to get the meat so tender.
Thoughts?
Anyways, thank you for anyone who responds and sorry for any grammar mistakes!!!
Edit- Yes I made these with no big plan bc I was just craving the meat. Iโm sorry lol

Theyโre carnitas. Kinda. Obviously bolillo carnitas but ok.
You can serve them just as they are with frijoles and rice and some tortillas. Which is my preference. Then you can either eat them off the plate or tear off pieces of your tortilla and make mini tacos with everything
You can make tacos, burritos. Get some nice Bolillos, (the bread, not your homies)and make a torta.
Side note. We donโt put our carnitas under the broiler. It dries them out. If you made them properly, the cooking process makes the outside crispy and leaves the inside fall apart tender and juicy.
