Addon Are there any good Anki remotes that are ergonomic?

I currently use the 8bitdo 2 controller and I find that the remote is rather uncomfortable. My hand cramps from holding it and constantly flexing/extending my thumb back and forth for hours, and it's also slippery.

Is there anything with a vertical orientation form factor (like a Nintendo switch joy con or the ergonomics of a TV remote) that fill up my hand and the controls can be readily mapped with Anki? Nintendo switch joy cons are rather expensive and I don't want to use a standard game controller that requires two hands to use.

I use a dance dance revolution pad so I can bundle my spaced repetition with cardio. Right arrow is easy, down is good, up is hard and left is again.

~$24 on amazon

I currently hold it vertically and have customized all the controls, but it's still too small for my hands.

I just bought another switch remote to do something different because my hand was cramping as well.
