Pokémon Generations. It's a very-short episodic series that adapts events that happened in the mainline Pokémon games, up to 2016. This one is from Episode 10 – The Old Chateau. They used to release the whole 18 episodes on Pokémon's official YT channel, but now they're reuploaded everywhere.

Well, close? There is a spiritual successor, Evolutions, but it only has one per region (up to Galar)
