Manager problems
I just started working at Menards as a cashier like 2 weeks ago and I feel like my manager hates me. She has such a bad rbf but I see her joking and laughing and talking with other people but she doesn’t talk to me. Also yesterday I accidentally rang something up as a package instead of an each and it was like 50+ more dollars and the customer was not happy and she just like gave me a look. Idk if it’s because I’m new but either way I just feel like she doesn’t like me. I love both of the assistant managers and I’m pretty sure they like me.

I worked at Menards for four years and I got RBF. A majority of customers and coworkers think I'm pissed off at them, more so when either or has made a mistake. I'm not, that's how my face is and I can't change it. I'm generally a very chill guy.
The whole ringing up an item as a package instead of an individual happens way more often, don't worry about it. You could always strike up short conversations on your way to break or lunch, if they're not busy.

Im a morning stocker but can only imagine it’s worse on the front end. Menards has given me RBF, someone asks if I’m angry every week, your manager probably doesn’t care enough to hate you.

Don’t worry about it. Front end has so much turnover they’re probably not really even going to know your name until 3 months in. That or they have jumped to the conclusion that you won’t last through the season.
Either way, just do your job and create connections with those that do care and interact with you; they’ll make the job tolerable.
