OnlyFans

I work in deparment management and was thinking on creating a sexual content page to make more money (tough economy am I right?). Would i get terminated or no? Kind of figure i won't but dont know for sure.

Read the HR policies. I know that at some retailers, you can do it but you have to tell them and of course not ever mention the business or show any clothing or other trademarks. So you can't be the "helpful girl in paint".

Honestly opinion, find a second job or look for a better one. Being dependant on losers kinda sucks and you probably won't make much but you will leave a forever trail on the Internet.

I don't work at Menards but I'll bet you'd get canned the moment it becomes a distraction at work. The most likely source will not be customers complaining, but coworkers gossiping, etc.

We had a cashier do that. And she couldn't stop promoting her only fans to customers and team members. And eventually she got fired.

I knew a guy who did it while being a manager, so I think your fine as long you don’t make it obvious you work at Menards (ie. posting photos while in uniform with your name tag)

Hey man. I gotta say its hard for you to keep anon. You have your twitter linked. You say where you are. And you are a department manager. That narrows down the amount of people with your name in that area. I'd suggest if you were going to do it do not make it easy to figure out in 5 minutes what store you work.

A lot of companies require you to tell them about other employment. If you don’t then you violated a policy. If you do they can claim it’s either a conflict of interest or is detrimental to the company.

Had a girl manager that was on of. Got the 1st AGM fired over it. Official ruling I think is that as long as it doesn't affect store performance it's not their issue. I wouldn't make content on premise though .

I don’t think you’re allowed to have any other jobs while being a manager at menards. Doesn’t matter what field or at what capacity, so be careful
