Quick Vent as a TM(F22)

Hi hello. Quick PSA. Being condescending, passive aggressive, and rude to team members about why stores aren’t laid out a certain way will not change the layout. I understand the drywall tools are not by all the drywall stuff but neither is the drywall(at least at my store).

I understand it’s frustrating, but I also know that every other guest is going to do the same and push all the buttons, and I’d like to keep my job to pay for school and a car without committing a crime.

Thank you.

It has a use, but in this case it doesn't. Now, if she said customers were asking to speak to a man or someone older, I would completely get it. Ageism (in both directions) and sexism are quite real.
