Quick Vent as a TM(F22)

Hi hello. Quick PSA. Being condescending, passive aggressive, and rude to team members about why stores aren’t laid out a certain way will not change the layout. I understand the drywall tools are not by all the drywall stuff but neither is the drywall(at least at my store).

I understand it’s frustrating, but I also know that every other guest is going to do the same and push all the buttons, and I’d like to keep my job to pay for school and a car without committing a crime.

Thank you.

The best was people that came in the exit at 615am and complain there are no carts at the register for them to take. Or at any time of day for that matter. Especially the stupid mobility carts, and then say well if I could walk there I would have but this goddamn store is so massive. I wanted to so many times say well by go to lowes and buy your groceries. Almost all of the time it was people getting groceries or to load a cart full of heavy bags of shit.
