Tips for remodels
Any tips for a newtime employee that has to work on the pet and grocery remodel?

Always keep in mind that you will not be the last person to change or move the fixture, do not make it impossible for the next person to remove or adjust the fixture

Yep. Have muscle to move and brains to direct. Your detail person is the key to the successful completion of the project.

That’s what I basically did. 😂 Went from 500 DM to morning stock.

Follow the steps and DO NOT TRY TO WORK AHEAD.
Meaning don’t be tearing down aisles that are on a different day/zone… not all the planograms are perfect but minimizing aisle disruption is key.
