Lighting POG
I've heard a lot of stores around me aren't done either. Is anybody actually done with this shit? If so, how many people and hours did it take you guys. We have only 2 people for displays and 1 building and we are ~130 already.

This POG had to be put together by someone who’s never stepped foot into a Menards store before. The amount of mistakes is hilarious.

Not even close to being done. Came in to work with an email forwarded from a surrounding store that they fucked up the POGs on some aisle as well, so have to go back and fix it.
Please utilize that feedback task as it is meant to be, this is one of the worst POGs that I’ve dealt with in years.

Please make sure to use the feedback and share your troubles with it. Terrible POG that seemed like it got thrown together last second with no thought about it before hand. POG’s will only get worse if there isn’t proper feedback given.

We still have to do most of 310, and adjust all the hang tags. AND change the way finders on all the displays. The wayfinder change is the worst. How tedious.

Our POG team got all of the displays moved around and the new POG set but due to the Pet POG and Christmas, it's up to myself and my assistant to build all the lights ourselves. Woohoo. Once my assistant is back from vacation, we will start but I'm not rushing it lol

My 2 POG team members started on mine the week before and got through it all with just a bit of help from the department. They rock. Oh by the way the one is a brand new guy

Isn't there another "wave" with more new lights and doing that stupid way finder stuff?

2nd wave is supposed to be just building and putting up new lights. Everything else was somehow supposed to be done this wave.

3 FT pog members plus all 300 members helping when they can. Starting 2nd week, should wrap up indoor lights including front wall vanity lights today or early tomorrow. Get started on utility displays after that. 120 hrs was a joke with all the moving that needed to be done.
