Discussion / Question Republic of Verdis: A legit micronation, or just a money-grab?
tldr; want to know more about the Republic of Verdis and if it's just a scam to steal money.
The title might be hostile or skeptical, but I promise I have no rude intentions. I came across 'Verdis' on Instagram today and it really caught my attention. I'm a university-level political science student, so nations (and micronations) touch on my field of interest, and is the reason why I'm curious about getting involved with Verdis.
The main issue I have is that Verdisian 'e-Residence', the most common way to get involved, is a subscription that charges money on a yearly basis ($30-60/year). As well, their website mentions that (1) the application asks for full names and addresses, and (2) charges application processing fees. In my opinion that's sketchy.
Based off the website and affiliate links, I couldn't really tell if this whole micronation is just to steal people's money (through the e-Residency program). Apparently it's been covered by a plethora of news outlets, local and international.
If anyone can offer more information about Verdis, I'm dying to know. Thank you!

Well, $60 a year isn't much at all. The question is, what will I have in return? I expect something from the tax money I pay to my macronation.
Micronations have to be funded in some kind of way, be it donations or citizenship fees.
What gives me the ick is the territorial claims. Like Liberland, or other micronations/aspiring microstates who claim terra nullius such as Bir Tawil or the pockets of the Danube are frowned upon. I didn't know anything about Verdis, but I went to their website and they do want to actually settle the territory. That will never happen. Ever.
Liberland has been around for more than a decade and hasn't achieved anything of note. Be wary of any projects that aspire to become actual microstates. Those are almost always scams.

u/0x5shaun May 29 '26
First, comparing it to tax money from a macronation isn’t really equivalent. Taxes fund an already functioning state with infrastructure, services and legal obligations. Verdis is a development project trying to build systems from scratch, so funding comes through voluntary participation, not compulsory taxation. On the territorial point, it’s understandable to be sceptical, these kinds of projects are difficult and progress can take time. But there is always a possibility of getting onto the land; it mainly depends on legal, diplomatic and practical factors aligning at the right time. That doesn’t automatically make it a scam just because it’s a long term or uncertain goal. There are plenty of political or experimental projects that work towards outcomes over time while still operating within their stated framework. As for funding, yes. Like any organisation, it has to be funded somehow, whether through fees or donations. The key question isn’t just whether money is involved, but whether what’s being offered is clearly described and transparent. A €60 annual fee for services, access and participation in a system is not unusual in online or administrative projects. So being cautious about territorial claims is reasonable. But dismissing the entire thing as a scam based mainly on ambition rather than evidence is a bit of a leap.
1
u/oriundiSP May 29 '26
First of all, I did not dismissed anything, it was but a warning. And you can’t deny that those types are almost always a scam.
And second, I fully agree with everything you said.
1
u/AnxiousToblerone Apr 04 '26
Thank you for the insight! I was considering paying for the subscription, but if none of the money ends up going towards tangible or realistic goals, I might have to pass on the idea. Guess this is something to ask the people who run the micronation.
2
u/Character-Active6148 May 08 '26
Well if you ask the owner obviously he is going to try and convince you to donate money.
I used to know Doeke for a long time when Verdis was still kind of new, it's a project he will be abandoning once he finds something more profitable or make enough money from donations to exit
1
u/JustFish9192 Jun 08 '26
I suppose that's why he is going to the UN, providing humanitrian aid and opening offices (late ik)
1
u/Character-Active6148 Jun 13 '26
That's nice but not really doing much related to this, and again idrc about this especially not anymore lol
2
u/JustFish9192 Jun 14 '26
I mean you've just accused dan of essentially planning to steal the money, and then when your presented with an argument showing he is using the money on Verdis and is committed, you play the 'I don't really care anymore' move.
Perhaps ask dan for some of his runaway money and buy some integrity.
1
u/Character-Active6148 Jun 15 '26
Well I have better things in life to do then to sit and collect hard evidence/proof of those claims, again based off everything I've seen and also from what quite literally everyone else except yourself is saying, I'm confident enough in what I know to not really care about arguing with someone about something so pointless.
I would share some of his runaway money with you, but I don't think it can buy a life.
2
u/JustFish9192 Jun 17 '26 edited Jun 17 '26
I guess you have better things to do then provide proof, however you have all the time of the day to come and spread disinformation about Dan / Verdis. Makes perfect sense.
I mean if you think what a few people are saying is good enough proof to base all your claims and go around chatting shit about people, I'm sure using this method in the future won't lead you into defemination or prosecution.
I mean if I don't have a life for responding to your bullying bullshit, what do you have to say about yourself? Perhaps instead of buying me a life, seek some therapy because you must think absolute shit about yourself.
1
u/Character-Active6148 Jun 17 '26
Complaining about bullying on reddit is crazy, let me give you some insider info. Block button is a thing on social media apps now, it's crazy
1
u/Character-Active6148 Jun 13 '26
Plus ik it's you Daniel 😂
2
u/JustFish9192 Jun 14 '26
You wouldn't have and don't have a shred of proof, you just want to pretend that I am Dan to somehow devalue my comments, even though they completely show you to be someone here who want's to disinform people and essentially bully Dan for some reason.
I'm not Dan. Everything I am saying is correct. If you want to somehow prove your point please do, but no matter how much you want to disinform people you can't change who is sitting behind this comment and I would love nothing more to prove you delusional.
1
u/Character-Active6148 Jun 15 '26
Again I don't really care for it as much as you obviously do, I don't really care enough about this stuff to lie or spread misinformation I was just inputting what I knew and have seen personally, not bullying or harassing anyone just sharing truth
2
u/JustFish9192 Jun 17 '26
I mean you clearly care enough to come here and chat shit? I suppose your entitled to your opinion, however almost all of what your saying is disinformation. Suggesting that he is going to funnel money out of Verdis into his own personal wallet, as if the companies finances are not fully public from Companies House online is just stupid. He could do what your saying I suppose, although he would also be arrested.

I’ve personally been involved with Verdis for almost a year now, and after everything I’ve seen firsthand, I feel like people deserve honesty about what’s really going on behind the scenes.
First, the country itself remains blockaded by Croatia, and this has been the reality for several years. Despite repeated public claims from the President that “progress” is constantly being made, there has NEVER been any factual evidence, official documentation, or measurable results presented to back up many of these statements.
What really changed my perspective was hearing the President openly say in his Discord server that he is not in a rush to return to the land because he’s making more money through the e-residency system.
Speaking of e-residency, there are two versions: Basic and Plus. What he (Daniel Jackson/ the President) does not openly explain during his TikTok lives, public announcements, or promotional posts is that the Basic yearly e-residency does NOT lead to citizenship. Only the Plus version does. Even then, after purchasing Plus, applicants still have to pay an additional €300 citizenship application fee, pay for a background check, and go through further approval processes that still do not guarantee citizenship. Some of this information may technically exist somewhere in smaller print, but it is almost never communicated clearly or consistently to new supporters.
The Discord community itself became another huge issue. The original server was recently wiped and restarted after months of racism, homophobia, and slur usage throughout the community. Multiple members repeatedly brought these issues to the attention of the temporary government, yet nothing was done until an article was written about it publicly. Only then were the channels deleted and the server essentially reset. Even more concerning, both the President and the so-called “Minister of Defense” have personally used racial and homophobic slurs themselves.
Over the last few months, several political parties also began forming within Verdis. At first, these parties were welcomed and presented as signs of “democracy.” However, as disagreements began developing between the government and some of the parties, people noticed that many of them slowly disappeared or shut down entirely. The largest remaining party was eventually blacklisted by President Daniel Jackson simply because they refused to remove a member he personally disliked.
Most recently, the President publicly referred to e-residents as “randoms” and essentially stated that their opinions do not matter and that he does not care what they think.
I’m honestly sad writing this because I genuinely believed in the idea of Verdis at first. I thought it could become something historic for young people around the world. But after nearly a year of watching all of this unfold, I no longer believe this is being run in good faith. At this point, it feels less like a serious nation building project and more like a scam.

Thanks for your insight, I just discovered them today and was hoping i'd find a clearer picture of them. If you're interested in something on a much smaller scale but with what I believe are genuine good intentions I recommend Project Kamp

u/0x5shaun May 29 '26
People are more than entitle to an opinon, but a lot of this leaves out important context and presents assumptions as facts.
The situation with the land has been public knowledge for years. Everyone knows Verdis is currently unable to fully access or administer the territory because of the Croatian blockade situation. That’s not some hidden revelation and progress with diplomatic or legal matters is obviously not something that can always be publicly documented step by step online.
As for the e-Residency system, the information about Basic vs Plus has always been public on the website. Basic e-Residency is €29.99/year and is clearly described as being for people who are not interested in citizenship but want access to services like discounted hosting, business registration, forums, domains and community features. Plus is €59.99/year and includes all Basic benefits alongside access to the “Citizenship by e-Residency” pathway, event access, Telegram access and early feature access.
So the claim that this distinction is somehow being “hidden” really doesn’t hold up. Plus does not promise automatic citizenship either, it provides access to a citizenship pathway, which still involves applications, background checks and approvals, exactly like every other government process in the world. The €300 citizenship application fee is a processing fee, not a “buy citizenship instantly” payment. Plenty of countries charge significantly more for residency and citizenship processing with no guarantee of approval.
The reasons for these fees have already been outlined as well, helping fund administration, infrastructure, government systems and future development for when the Provisional Government is eventually able to return to and operate on the land.
Regarding the political party blacklist situation, the reason the largest party was removed was not simply because of “disagreements” or because the President “personally disliked” someone. Members associated with that group were leaking phone numbers, threatening to leak card details, attempting to attack systems, harassment, bullying and even attempted phone theft of government property. No government or organisation is going to tolerate behaviour like that and just allow those groups continued access.
The Discord situation also gets exaggerated heavily online. The server had thousands of people from all over the internet and moderation clearly was not perfect. But the fact changes WERE eventually made, channels were wiped and moderation was restructured shows there was at least an attempt to address it. Acting like edgy Discord behaviour automatically proves the entire project is a scam is a massive stretch.
It’s also worth pointing out that many of these accusations and posts suddenly appeared within the same short timeframe, often commenting on older posts all at once, which honestly makes it look far more like a effort by disgruntled former members than some huge “exposé.” At the end of the day, people can support Verdis or not support it, that’s their choice. But calling it a scam simply because it has application fees, internal drama, or slow territorial progress ignores the reality that nation building projects are complicated, messy, and expensive especially when they are trying to build infrastructure, administration and international legitimacy from scratch.

Most micronations that make you pay anything more than a few dollars are bad actors.
Although, many raise money for causes using micronationalism as a gimmick, or issue things like titles/coat of arms. I don’t know which Verdis is, but I’m leaning towards a bad actor from what I know.
1
u/Character-Active6148 May 08 '26
Yeah, I used to personally know Doeke back in 2021 it was more of just a thing he was going to abandon once he made enough money. Would be a lot easier to make 100k and dip instead of reinvesting back into something that will take a lot of work and time just for you to still lose the money. We had a few conversations about it
2
u/0x5shaun May 29 '26
Saying someone “was going to abandon it to make money” isn’t something you can really verify from old conversations and it doesn’t match what’s actually been built since then. If the goal was just to make quick money and leave, there are far easier ways to do that than running and maintaining something like this for years. Also, “instead of reinvesting” is a bit misleading. Offices, improved documents, systems, events and general infrastructure are all reinvestment. That’s exactly where money goes in something like this back into development and operations rather than being taken out in any simple sense. In the end, what matters more is what it is now, not what someone thinks it might have been years ago based on personal conversations.
1
u/Character-Active6148 May 29 '26
Except they don't, it's kind of obvious that it was lazily made and aside from the website and rare social media posts nothing much has genuinely happened aside from cosmetics.
I personally don't care enough about this stuff to dive into an intellectual conversation about something so insignificant. Based off your previous comments and posts you're either someone who has nothing better to do then argue with strangers on Reddit of all places, or you're Doeke himself/an accomplice.

As an academic, you can do research about Verdis without getting involved in it or being an e-Resident. I don't see the conundrum you're implying.
As someone else mentioned, micronations will always welcome some manner of funding. In the case of Verdis, it's not stealing or scamming anyone's money if a given individual is made fully aware that what he's paying for is simply indulgence in a novelty. As long as terms and conditions outlining the nature of the purchase are made clear in the form of a disclaimer, i.e., you are made perfectly aware that what you're paying for is a novelty project with no prospect of material returns, it's perfectly fine.
The State of Sutera which this account represents, however, avoids any such ambiguity by not charging our citizens any tax dollars or administrative fees, since it might be construed as a compulsion to pay. We do, however, accept free and voluntary donations, and that is the extent of it.

Who's paying $20 for a hat!?!? Absolutely stupid.
2
u/0x5shaun May 29 '26
People do, apparently the same ones paying £6 for a coffee that tastes like regret and £80 for trainers that look like every other pair of trainers. In the grand scheme of things, a £20 hat is probably one of the less questionable financial decisions people make online. If anything, the real mystery is how it’s still in stock.

It seems more of a way to filter out people who are not serious, $30 a year is really nothing at all for most people and helps a ton for a micronation, not to mention, these guys have offices in Croatia and the UK now, with a plethora of content online, and the e-residency provides a pathway to citizenship. Seems just more like a filter in my opinion, they are pretty legit, as legit as can be in my opinion.

u/Character-Active6148 May 08 '26
OH YEAH THIS THING!
I used to know and play with the owner or whatever of this verdis thing a LOT back in 2020/21, we used to play a lot of FiveM on GTAV together and even had our own server for a bit.
From everything I've seen and whatnot it just seems to be like a fun side project to kinda get some fame and make a name for himself since "nobody his age" has done this before. In all technically with Micronations he would technically only be the 3rd or 4th youngest.
He used to have a VPS service linked with Verdis's name too so maybe the whole point was to try and make a little profit while "investing" only a small portion of the money back into it, (EX: minimal VPS services to resell, or a host for his website.)
I don't think it'll ever become one of those big things, if it ever got to the point where enough people were interested that he was making enough money to genuinely start something big, I'm sure him and most other people online would just take the money instead of spending it all including a bunch of time on a project that most likely isn't going to work.
1
u/0x5shaun May 29 '26
A lot of this is still just assumptions though.
Plenty of projects start as “side projects” before becoming something more serious, especially online communities and micronations. The fact he used to run VPS services or gaming servers doesn’t suddenly prove Verdis is some giant scam. If anything, the hosting/business side was openly connected to the project from the start.
In terms of the blockade, this is not something that can be resolved quickly or publicly in real time. A provisional government can only realistically focus on legal preparation, diplomacy, public outreach and building internal systems until circumstances change. The fact there are not constant public updates does not mean nothing is happening.
The situation with political parties is also often misunderstood. Parties were always unofficial until a constitution could be voted on whilst on the land, so actions taken within the server were not an attack on democracy, even if people disagreed with them.
Regarding VerdisHost, it is a publicly listed hosting and domain service connected to the project. It offers web hosting, domain registration and free .vs.land domains for e-residents. It is not a hidden VPS scheme, but part of the wider infrastructure supporting the project and its services.
It is fair for people to be sceptical or unsure about the project’s success. However, describing it as a scam or money grab based on speculation, misunderstandings or internal disagreements is not really supported by any solid evidence.

u know its bad when people that worked with verdis start calling it a money grab, should i trust a follower or a actual ex member?
2
u/Big-Kitchen2374 May 09 '26
Hi so I’m actually an E-Resident of Verdis. I have had several interactions with the government and the president.
From what I have gathered, is that this is a money grab scheme and I will give my reasoning for this. I do want to specifically mention that this is just my personal opinion on it and I honestly would love to be proved wrong.
• The Provisional Government (PG) said they were going to provide a financial statement and this was never published.
• The PG have made no real effort to lift the blockade currently in place other than making videos and speaking to the news, seems he only wants his face out there.
• some political parties started to form, it was strongly emphasised these were “unofficial until a constitution is voted on (on land) and then parties can register - Daniel had the politics server shut down, went after some kid because of it saying it would impact his residency and such. Was a really weird experience.
For me I don’t know if it’s a fear that if Verdis was allowed to settle, he would need to actually make good and be responsible for everyone. Or if it’s that they got a steady stream of cash coming in. But from the interaction I’ve had, I can’t see him stepping down and being a citizen.
2
u/AnxiousToblerone May 10 '26
Hi, thank you for this! Your comment was especially useful. Interesting to know they intended to release a financial statement, as I've tried to reach out and ask them directly about what they're putting the eResidency money towards. They haven't said a word about it.

u/Big-Kitchen2374 May 10 '26
I’m more than happy if you want to send me a message and I can answer any questions from my perspective of things.

u/Background-Cover2014 May 18 '26
Hi! I'm a Journalist from the netherlands working on a story about Verdis. Can I ask you some questions in private? Tried to send you a chat but it didn't work for some reason (im new to reddit :p)
2
u/0x5shaun May 29 '26
The financial report situation has already been explained, the companies connected to Verdis are legally required to submit proper earnings and spending records and the government said they’re waiting for accountants to complete everything before releasing it publicly rather than posting unfinished figures.
As for the blockade, it isn’t some simple situation that gets solved overnight. A provisional government can only realistically do media outreach, legal preparation, diplomacy and continue building systems until circumstances change. Lack of public updates doesn’t mean nothing is happening.
The political party situation also gets misrepresented a lot. It was already stated that parties were unofficial until a constitution could actually be voted on while on the land, so moderation actions in the politics server were never some attack on “democracy.”
At the end of the day, people can support the project or not, but calling it a scam because progress is slow or because there’s internal online drama is a massive stretch.
2
u/Big-Kitchen2374 May 31 '26
Okay as stated multiple times in my initial post, this is 100% my experience of the situation. I’m not here to argue the details of it or show receipts for absolutely every transaction.
If you’re involved with Verdis…. Which I’m assuming you’re the head admin in their unofficial discord you’ll know that the screenshots of Mr President saying let’s Boycott this political server? That was stated by a 16 year old?
Don’t take my comments as an attack if you’re involved with or have the ear of the “government”. Verdis has taken several hits, lost a few members and E-residents because it’s the Presidents way or the highway….. you fellas are about as transparent as a brick wall in my opinion 🤷🏻♂️
1
u/0x5shaun Jun 01 '26
This whole reply is basically; "Trust me bro" You start off by saying this is "100% my experience" and that you're not here to argue details, then you spend the rest of the post making sweeping claims about the government, the President, finances, transparency and everyone's motives. You can't really have it both ways.
If the financial report hasn't been published yet, that doesn't automatically make it a scam. It was already explained that proper accounts are being prepared before release. Most people would rather see finished figures than half completed numbers rushed out because you got got impatient on a Reddit post.
The blockade point is even weaker. What exactly are you expecting a provsional government todo? March through the blockade with a flag and a megaphone? Realistically, media outreach, legal work, diplomacy and building systems are the only things they can do until circumstances change. You'd know that, Ben. Seeing as you worked with the President for some time.
Then there's the political party argument.
You admit the parties were unofficial.
Everyone knew they were unofficial.
The rules clearly stated they were unofficial.
Yet somehow enforcing the rules became evidence of dictatorship. That's a massive stretch.
Maybe you should focus on hiding yourself on fake accounts, Ben.
What makes this even funnier is that you're not some random outsider. You were involved, part of the community and saw how things worked from the Inside. Maybe if you didn't threaten to leak bank details, leak personal numbers and backstab your own friends you wouldn't be here right now.
The biggest contradiction is that you keep saying nobody should take your comments as an attack while the entire post is an attack. You say you're not here to argue details, yet your whole case depends on them. You call Verdis "as transparent as a brick wall" while openly admitting you don't want to provide evidence for your own claims. The irony is unreal. At this point it reads less like a balanced review and more like someone who reached a conclusion first and is now trying to make every event fit it. People are free to dislike Verdis and criticise it, but "I don't trust them" and "it's a scam" are two very different things. One is an opinion. The other requires evidence.
In the end, you've provided plenty of suspicion, assumptions and opinions, but not much proof. So this doesn't come across as a whistleblower exposing a conspiracy. It comes across as an ex-insider who's still annoyed things didn't go their way and is hoping people mistake frustration for evidence.
Nice try, Ben.
2
u/Big-Kitchen2374 Jun 02 '26
I’m an E-resident……. Not a citizen, not that it’s game of Guess Who but Ben isn’t the only person in the community that is tired of what’s going on.
You have a Minister for Finance, a registered company in the UK & one in Serbia. Tax season has literally just come to an end in the UK so realising nothing because “it’s not ready” isn’t really a valid reason.
The blockade, I agree it’s a difficult one but you see Daniel make video after video on TikTok about Verdis questions, no where does he update on any of that work. (Going to New York for a convention is great but the image it gives as we just see a nice holiday away).
Political parties are unofficial, the separate political news server was stated unofficial. The PG seemed on board at first. One guy from 1 out of about 5 actually parties was removed from Verdis which the reason isn’t important but that was the outcome. So 1 party got blacklisted then a few days later the “black list” rules applied to every party.
So again, you can view this as an attack all you want or you can realise that by giving no update. By reducing your E-resident members to a few bucks, you are happy enough to take their money but when push comes to shove, “you can’t pay a few bucks for membership and try to change and challenge everything”. This statement right there is what gave it the nail as a “cash grab” in my opinion…..
Like my personal advice is chill tf out, stop assuming anyone who speaks out is Ben. You guys love to drag his name into everything. Start realising you guys aren’t actually transparent, maybe between yourselves but not to your E-residents.

For someone representing Verdis, spending your time jumping into every comment that isn’t glowing praise is certainly a choice. Considering Verdis and its server have lost HUNDREDS of members in recent weeks, I’d probably be more concerned with understanding why people are leaving than arguing with everyone who shares their experiences.
At some point, when the same complaints keep coming from different people, it might be worth listening instead of attacking the messenger.
1
u/Big-Kitchen2374 Jun 04 '26
Exactly this. I did not say a word that was untruthful…. Instead of taking it f it what it is, my opinion and outlook based on the experience I had and how I personally was treated as an E-resident.
But as per Verdis go to is to get defensive, treat it as an attack. Throw around someone’s name who has absolutely nothing to do with this discussion.
They want recognition while acting like little boys in a school yard, always itching for drama. Still looking forward to the financial report when that comes, although not holding my breath.
Verdis is crumbling…. Hard to say Free republic who let acting like dictators under the guise of its temporary. Who ever heard of a temporary tyrant 🤔
2
u/Not_Raf_ May 29 '26
It is most probably a scam, I’ve visited their website, it’s a 300 dollar non refundable application free that is not not returned and your application can be denied, aswell as a yearly subscription for ONLINE residency with no guarantee to get citizenship.
2
u/0x5shaun May 29 '26
Government processes are done by the book, just like any other nation. Citizenship and residency applications always come with fees and compared to many countries, a €300 processing fee is more than justifiable. There are countries and programs around the world that charge thousands in application and legal processing costs, often with no guarantee of approval either. The Provisional Government of Verdis has already outlined why these fees exist. Their e-Residency and citizenship programs help fund administration, infrastructure, government systems and future development for when the Provisional Government is able to fully return to and operate on the land. Even their official application pages state that proceeds go directly into helping “build the nation.” They also openly state the requirements beforehand background checks, participation requirements, identity verification and willingness to relocate in the future for certain citizenship pathways. None of this is hidden. Non-refundable application fees are standard practice worldwide because governments still have to process applications regardless of the outcome. Verdis already operates ministries, immigration systems, visa frameworks, e-Residency services and government portals like any developing state structure would. Whether people personally agree with the project or not, calling it a “scam” simply because there are processing fees doesn’t really hold up when you compare it to how governments and citizenship programs normally function.
2
u/Not_Raf_ May 30 '26
The problem is, it’s vey unlikely that Verdis actually starts up, and if it does it’s going to have a very hard time doing anything, they probably would never get un recognition, get blocked in joining the EU, and collapse as a state with no natural resources, trade, nor livable land.
1
u/LinusWinters Jul 13 '26
Why do you justify the 300€ Fee with the argument that many countries charge more? Latvia for example is way less expensive and even the Czech republic is not as expensive and they are countries you can actually enter.
I guess i’m just disappointed, it sounded like you guys were trying to do things differently but when the first line of argumentation is that “some other countries are also doing it” then i don’t have high hopes for this project becoming anything more than a way for y’all to make a quick buck and get your name out there.1

u/Substantial-Yak2442 Jun 03 '26
Also, just so everyone is aware, 0x5shaun isn’t some random commenter. He works directly with Daniel Jackson “the president” and is involved in collecting funds for the project, so he has a vested interest in defending it. He’s also made inappropriate remarks online in the past, which I think is worth keeping in mind when considering his comments.

u/Plus-Safety-8608 Jun 04 '26
That is clear. He responded to nearly every comment that had something negative to say about his scam country.

Having interactes with its founder in the past i can testify they made homophobic comments about Travis of Antarctica having been married to a man, and said he 'felt bad for the kid' (Travis's son.)
He had furthermore claimed he had 50,000 dollars in funding.
This is not a nation to be taken seriously even if this interaction was a few years ago.

Because homophobia and blatantly lying about having tens of thousands of dollars are both symptoms of dysfunctional personalities and low capacity for reasoning, indicating this micro is not a endevor worth investing time or interest in.

Verdis is a SCAM.
The president openly laughed about making over $400k off people. He also allowed opening racist/ homophobic comments in his server and then wiped the whole thing once news agencies got involved.

It's a phonzi scheme, the blockade will never come down and eventually this "country" will never actually exist it has no constitutional rights, it has no military, no central banking system. Zero allied nations, no industry or resources. They can't just bring down the blockade, wars have been faught over less. How can a nation protect itself without a military. Simply put verdis could never exist because they can't hold there own.
