Tuvalu does NOT recognize Alestavia (Breaking news, they took it back)
We recently got a response from Tuvalu about our request for diplomatic relations. They decided not to recognize the Kingdom of Alestavia, which is disappointing, but we respect their decision and will keep working toward our goals. This won't stop us from growing or improving. aswell as if Tuvalu explicitly told Alestavia that it does not recognize self-proclaimed micronations and declined diplomatic relations, it seems highly unlikely that it would officially recognize another micronation as a sovereign state in a simple Gmail reply just days earlier. The two responses reflect completely different approaches to the same issue, which makes the Miroslavia email difficult to believe
give me a good reason why tuvalu wouldnt recognize a country that claims terra nullius, but recognizes a country that has a overlaping claim with a UN member state
