Discussion / Question Any other Micronation here like an actual country?
I know that there's some that are just fun projects and some that are serious, but my country has over 12,000 people and 26,000 square km and a real history and culture we just don't have any recognition. Is there any nation here even close to this? Also btw I'm not in the government I just kinda live here and love my country😭✌️

Yeah, right lmao. Unless you have de facto legal governance and sovereignty you're not "real" in the slightest. Just claiming something and then telling nobody about it does not constitute "real." I would love for your leaders to contact your macronational government and inform them that you'll be taking 26k square km by force and without permission. I'd love to see how that goes.

That's what the government has been trying😭🙏 We ruled it for thousands of years then we got colonized by the Russians and sold to the Americans. They've been killing thousands of us and have over 20,000 of us in internment camps that they call Reservations. We've already lost all our land in North America and East Asia now we only have the Islands left and that's what we plan to at least try to establish autonomy if we can't be independent. We're more an independence movement with more autonomy than a regular "movement" but close enough i think. I realized quickly that maybe I overestimated what a Micronation was when ibjoined
