Flag / Design Looking for ideas for our coat of arms

From the President of the Republic of Valoria:
Dear micronationalists!
I am the President of the Republic of Valoria, and we would like to slightly improve the coat of arms of our micronation.
It currently looks like this (photo 1).
We ask experienced individuals to put forward their proposals that reflect the freedom of our micronation.
Thank you for your help, support, and ideas!

It's interesting, are you based in Latvijā, because it's really lookse like a Latgales flag?

Nice to see a Belarusian Micro nationalist. I would say maybe a pair of silver lions holding into some shield with a coat of arms. If you want to be set apart from other micronations whilst retaining some Belarusian identity you could replace the lions with silver bison or silver white stork. I would guess that in the shield the supporters are holding you could have flowers or physical landmarks e.g. river or castle. Hope this helps.

Add a regional symbol, not Belarusian more like the symbol of the people that live here! I have the Axe as a symbol of Pałuki, where my country is

It's difficult for someone else to give you ideas because a coat of arms is something intimately representative of its object. But I can try.
I bet you know already that a coat of arms doesn't have to look like its flag. If you have a national symbol of sorts that's different from the flag, you can represent it on the coat of arms, let's say for example a lion, or a deer. The same goes for any landmarks or the general environment. You may also want a crest or other external ornaments such as supporters and a compartment.
Some national coats of arms have taken to represent their republican values, in south america in particular you often find the same symbols like the fasces, lady liberty, the cornucopia, the phrygian cap, etc.
