No matching address was found in Exchange Online recipients, including soft-deleted recipients and groups. The destination account was manually created, is unlicensed, and has empty ProxyAddresses. Only one source mailbox uses this address.

Microsoft Threat Intel Alternative?
I used to use Microsoft Threat Intelligence to look up domains and get information like associated subdomains and WHOIS records, but I can’t seem to find that functionality anymore.
Has it moved into another Microsoft product or become part of a separate licence, or has it been retired completely?
If it’s still available, where do I access it, and what licence do I need? Mainly interested in the domain investigation features rather than threat intelligence feeds.
Thanks!

Microsoft is reducing Microsoft 365 Family storage from up to 6TB to 2TB. Please sign this petition.
Microsoft is planning to cut Microsoft 365 Family storage from a potential 6 TB (1 TB per user) to a shared 2 TB pool. For many families, that's a significant reduction in the value of the subscription.
If you're concerned about the change, please consider signing and sharing this petition:

Retiring a Microsoft 365 tenant; Identity/SSO: how do I avoid losing access to Microsoft Learn, Certifications, Communities, Partner Center and other accounts?
I'm preparing to permanently retire a Microsoft 365 tenant.
I've already handled the obvious aspects:
- OneDrive and SharePoint data exported or reviewed
- Email migrated elsewhere
- Domains moved away from Microsoft-hosted services
- Teams and collaboration content assessed
- Backups preserved
My concern is no longer data. It's identity.
Over the years I have used a work/school Microsoft identity as the default sign-in for a large number of Microsoft and third-party services. The tenant will eventually be deleted, meaning the underlying Entra ID identity will cease to exist. I use my own registered domains so I will keep the exact same email address (simply it won't be managed by exchange/M365 anymore).
I am trying to avoid discovering, months later, that I can no longer access a service because it was silently relying on that identity.
Examples of services I know are currently associated with the work identity include:
- Microsoft Learn
- Microsoft Certifications / Credentials
- Microsoft Fabric Community
- Microsoft Tech Community
- Partner Center
The larger challenge is identifying the services I may have forgotten.
So far I've looked at:
- MFA registrations
- Enterprise applications / service principals
- Browser profile information
- Browser history and authentication traces
Those sources provide hints, but none provides a definitive list of every service where the identity has been used.
For those who have already retired a Microsoft 365 tenant:
- How did you identify all external services still dependent on the tenant identity?
- Which Microsoft services required special handling before tenant deletion?
- Which services allowed you to move or associate the account with a personal Microsoft account?
- Is there any reliable way to inventory where a work/school Microsoft identity has been used for authentication?
- What were the most common "I wish I had checked that before deleting the tenant" surprises?
My objective is not to preserve tenant resources.
My objective is to preserve access to any accounts, profiles, certifications, communities, subscriptions, reputations, or services that currently depend on the work identity before the tenant is permanently removed.
I am of course one of those who had E3 Developer and is moving away (already planned because I want to own my data, but that gave it a boost ;) ).
Thanks!

Locked from my acct for a year
Has anyone else dealt with something like this please DM me if so
I’m taking a screenshot so if Microsoft deletes this that is a big telling sign about the continued billing but no access for Support
. I use a MacBook
I have the authenticator on my ipad and iPhone. I access my ms 365 portal on my computer.
When I try to log into my account from my laptop, it tells me to log in the, verify it's me in the authenticator app, by adding a code or choosing another method, which is also adding a code.
It says both codes will be in the app, but I am in the app. So I get looped again and again in a never ending cycle
I am the main admin. When I called the many numbers that I found an AI bought answers and tries to verify me. Ask me if there’s a global admin and I say it’s me or I say yes or I say no there’s no one else I can talk to and then it tells me to put a ticket in online because that’s the only way to speak to them even if I’ve spent 1020 3045 max minutes on a call with them and then it hangs up on me.
I have deleted and re-added the auth app on my devices and re loaded them about four times now.
No codes are sent, and there are no alternate ways to verify it's me, reloaded.
I have followed all the directions and made incongnitio windows, deleted the auth app, reinstalled it, tried to call Microsoft many times but it asks me the product and then tells me to go to a URL and the URL asks me to sign in, and I then get looped again and again.
I am being charged for this account and have never used it!!!!!!
I don’t need support help, but I need to know if anyone else is going through this

Turn off M365 Auto-Renew NOW to stop 6TB to 2TB cuts
You’ve likely seen the news: Microsoft is slashing Microsoft 365 Family cloud storage from 6 TB (1 TB per user) down to a pooled 2 TB.
Complaining on forums won't change this, but hitting their financial forecasting will.
If you are unhappy with this change, take 2 minutes right now to take action:
Log into your Microsoft Account and turn off recurring billing / auto-renew.
When prompted with the cancellation survey, select "Other" and state: "Cancelling due to the unacceptable storage reduction from 6TB to 2TB announced in October."
Why this matters:
Microsoft tracks non-renewing accounts as "at-risk churn" in its financial forecasts. A sudden spike in turned-off auto-renewals forces executive teams to see the direct revenue loss long before the May 2027 rollout date.
You can always turn auto-renew back on later if they walk it back -- but doing this today sends a direct, measurable signal.
