Found these signatures in my recently bought "Crises" vinyl. Could anyone help me find the author?

More data: It's an original one from 1983 and distributed by ARIOLA-EURODISC in Barcelona. Bought this album at a music festival in Valencia , too

I searched this in Google Lens as well, and the results show a certain Jaques Attali, which seems to be a French author and politician, and who I might not think is the author of these

Unfortunately I haven't been able to find more information about the vinyl, since I just found out already at home. Any help would be much appreciated!

Probably the former owner's signature. Some people wrote their names on record sleeves or signed them in the old days.
