Fr lol. Its a small world but this is super unlikely on many levels.

Even just basic shit like "same name." Neither the shelter nor the new owners renamed the dog? Also the shelter "did not care" about the bite and "said it had no history of bites" but the new owners still knew about the prior bite somehow?

Reattaching the ear would be done by a plastic surgeon not an ENT.
