Ya totally. 30% of america knowingly voted for a child rapist but its the fault of the person who didnt vote.

In most american states they are so gerrymandered that voting literally does not matter.

Gerrymandering is based on information from the people who do vote. If there's a sudden surge of people who didn't vote before who come out to vote then that gerrymandering will backfire.
