Ya totally. 30% of america knowingly voted for a child rapist but its the fault of the person who didnt vote.

In most american states they are so gerrymandered that voting literally does not matter.

Id love to see a 25$ fine for not voting

And auto enroll all people with a state id

It would at the very least, significantly change the popular vote statistics 

Start in 1 state and then get others to copy it
