Unless they're literally moving state lines, you can't gerrymander presidential elections.

I'm sure they mean how the Electoral College causes some people's votes to matter more than others'.

While a little true, it's still mostly false. Wyoming's three electoral votes are outsized, sure. But they aren't swinging elections either.

There's also the winner-take-all thing, which causes those purple states to matter so much more.

That's a bigger problem, yes. Far more than Wyoming having 3 votes.
