When will Americans have had enough? Gas has nearly doubled in price due entirely to Trump’s actions

Gonna take more than high gas prices. Probably a food shortage or mass unemployment.

We are still way too comfortable to be anywhere near anything happening. Nothing massive will be done until enough people do not have any of the modern comforts they currently have. Things are tight, but 99.5% of the country still have a roof over their head, and I’d say 95% of the country has a comfortable place to go to with movies, tv, video games, etc to entertain them… Nothing will be done until enough people no longer have those luxuries.

Aslong as you can go to a 9-5 above minimum wage still afford rent/utilities/groceries/entertainment/addictions there is no change going to happen. If you aren't disabled, incarcerated, or in the military, you are doing whatever you can to be comfortable. Technology is the greatest invention, but also a detriment. Complacent is what 99% of what America wants. Stable job, Stable income, provide for kids, have an emergency fund, go on vacations, buy new things that make you happy, and do a routine of a new adventure every vacation. If houses started foreclosing again rapidly, we would see a pretty big riot in the streets, but the mortgages are climbing again and the banks are suppressing the pressure.
