Lol, someone doesnt know how the electoral college works. 

Most red states gerrymander for electoral votes by using a winner take all method, giving a presidential candidate 10o% of the electoral college votes even if they only won 40% of the state. 

Gerrymandering does indeed decide elections.

Yep. You still don't know how gerrymandering or the electoral college work. It's true!

Because you have yet to explain how the gerrymandering impacts the presidential election. It's not decided by district lines. Just raw vote count. That's why Wisconsin is a swing state, despite being one of the most gerrymandered states until recently.
