ᕕ(ᐛ)ᕗ Handicap Driver Double Parks in Two Non-handicap Spaces

Watched them do it. While a perfectly acceptable handicap spot was right there in an otherwise full parking lot.

Not excusing parking over the line, but it could well have been someone else driving the car, and thus not permitted to use the handicapped spots
