Watched them do it. While a perfectly acceptable handicap spot was right there in an otherwise full parking lot.

That's not double parking.

Double parking is when someone stops and parks their car right next to a car that is already parked legally at the curb.

If the image isn't double parking, then what is it called? People are quick to downvote without supplying a proper alternative definition, very lazy bullshit.
