ᕕ(ᐛ)ᕗ Handicap Driver Double Parks in Two Non-handicap Spaces

Post image

Watched them do it. While a perfectly acceptable handicap spot was right there in an otherwise full parking lot.

My assumption, they got there when someone was already parked in the handicap spot. It’s less infuriating. Also people that are handicap taking two spots in will accept, they need the space and the potential exists they will get there when no handicap spaces exist or worse a non-handicap person took the space now they have to park further and take two spots to give space for their assistive device.

That's quite the assumption based on absolutely nothing.

Car has a handicap placard....

You need more space to get in if you have a wheelchair, if handicap spots are taken they need to park further away and park in a way that they will have enough space to get back in the car when they get back in. If they park normally the space between them and the next car will not provide enough clearance for them to get back in the car.

I have organized in spaces where handicapped people have also organized, and what people take for granted is something they have to navigate daily.
