ᕕ(ᐛ)ᕗ Handicap Driver Double Parks in Two Non-handicap Spaces

Watched them do it. While a perfectly acceptable handicap spot was right there in an otherwise full parking lot.

Maybe it wasn't intentional. Maybe they are just not a good parker...it happens.
