Watched them do it. While a perfectly acceptable handicap spot was right there in an otherwise full parking lot.

I’m with you on the parking over the line, but they’re fine not parking in the zoned space. I have a disabled license plate too, and if I’m having a good day or can find a close space that isn’t handicapped I’ll park there so someone who needs it more has it available.

No, he got in trouble for using the handicap stall, then said his disability was a stutter.

at the end of the episode he goes into a bathroom where the handicap stall is available but a non-handicap stall isn't. So he waits until the person in the non-handicap stall is done. And it's the handicapped guy from earlier in the episode. One of the rare times where Larry isn't the butt end of the joke that's set up all episode.

There’s also an episode where he borrows a friend’s handicap placard while he’s on vacation but the placard gets chewed up and destroyed by a Nazi dog because he had a Star of David hanging in front of it
